What is a Dream Seed Vision Board Session?
A Dream Seed Vision Board Session begins with tuning into your unique desires by cultivating gratitude for where you are right now!
Gratitude is magnetic and it makes you attractive. You can then begin to focus on your current desire and gain clarity.
In this one hour offering, you will be guided through my 7 Step process for getting in touch with your magical inner world.
Through the use of exercises and journaling prompts, you will be guided to express your hopes, dreams, wishes, and desires.
We will lay a foundation for choosing images that are both powerful and meaningful to your unique vision.
We continue by visualizing and experiencing the feeling of connection to your innermost desires.

In-Person Session
If you are local and would like an In-Person One Hour Session, Rosa will provide the Dream Seed Packet and any materials needed for you to complete a Dream Seed. You will receive an emailed list of what to expect during your session and any other additional materials you may wish to have on hand.
Rosa will offer insights and guidance along the way and answer any of your questions.
By the end of the session, you will have created a beautiful Dream Vision so you can fully envision and interact with your desire.

Live Video Conference
During a live Video Conferencing Session, Rosa will offer you Two 30-Minute Sessions. During the first 30 minutes, you will receive an introduction to the process, guidance, and an emailed digital download copy of the Dream Seed Packet. You will then devote time on your own to create your Dream Seed.
A second 30-minute video conference call will be scheduled either immediately following or at an agreed-upon time after your completion of the packet.
Rosa will guide you to make any finishing touches on your Dream Seed and answer your questions, while offering support and ensuring a feeling of certainty and joy!
