There’s not much to say except that papaya is such a beautiful fruit. I cut it open to see the amazingly vivid contrast between the bright orange and the perfectly round seeds in abundance. I remember when I was home-schooling my son a few years ago. He asked for papaya for lunch one day, and we both marveled over its beauty and subtle sweetness. Lately, I have been adding it as a topping to my favorite quinoa and kale dish. Beautiful Yum!
