Today is another beautiful day! I went for a walk through my favorite woods. The sun illuminated the path in front of me, and I was filled with joy by the simple beauty of the light. While I walked, I felt the tingle of excitement about my upcoming training. I felt a deep sense of appreciation for my family. This present moment is the most precious gift. A sacred space in my day to reconnect with my treasures. As a result, I am more prepared to connect with them all from the heart.
