As I hiked through the woods, I could hear the crunch of fallen leaves beneath my feet. In the distance, I heard the sound of rushing water from a nearby creek. To my left, I heard nothing, but I felt the presence of a little nature spirit. This sweet squirrel was clinging to the side of a tree with a message, a reminder so perfectly timed. I stood for a moment and listened to what this little guy had to say. ‘Have more fun, take life less seriously, keep the balance.’ During this season of change, I wholeheartedly embrace the invitation. Thank you, dear squirrel, for showing up!
