First official snow! Today, a sprinkling of flakes landed on the ground and stayed. The landscape around my backyard began to shape-shift. A near sheer blanket of white covered my bright green mint garden but only enough so that a hint of mint remained. Mint is usually cool and refreshing, and today I would call it Winter Green! So lovely to see the snow and feel the change of seasons begin once again. Dreaming up a frozen hot chocolate the like one at New York’s Serendipity. But this one will have a touch of mint, of course!
