Happy first day of March! We are headed toward spring and new beginnings. Good-bye to the old and hello new! While I heard so many around me wish the snow away, I was pleasantly surprised to love the snow. Life has become more about loving the present moment, not wishing it away but immersing myself in it. That is to say, even on snowy days, there is something to love. Firstly, I love that I saw a red fox prancing through my backyard against the white snow, and that I turned on the fireplace to warm my daughter’s feet after we played for hours building a fort. In addition, I love that one day, after shoveling, I felt compelled to send out a little love into the world, so I drew a heart in the freshly fallen snow. And the universe loved me back! To my delight, two new words appeared that evening!
A new season is on its way. I send love into my future. May love find its way to back to your own heart today.
